Do I need to register on the site to make a purchase?
Yes, to proceed with the purchase of a product on our site, registration is required. To register a new user, simply click on the account icon on the homepage and follow the registration procedure.
How to place an order?
It's very simple. Take a look at the products on our site, choose one or more products according to your needs and add them to the cart.
If you are already registered but have not yet logged in to the site, you will be asked to log in before accessing the cart, or fill in your details to create your account. If you are already logged in to the site, you will proceed directly to the other steps (delivery address, shipping and payment method). Once the purchase process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you used to register.
Problems with the purchase procedure
If you encounter problems during the order confirmation phase, don't worry!
Follow this simple verification procedure within the cart and you will see that in a very short time, your order will be successful.

Accepted payment methods
Bank transfer: Payment of the order amount to our current account. Credit times usually vary from 1 to 3 days. The goods will be shipped only after the actual crediting of the amount to our current account.
To be indicated on the reason for payment:
1- Order reference number
2- Name and surname of the order holder
PayPal: Secure, easy and immediate, using your credit card associated with a Paypal account. Payment reception is instant.
Credit cards: Immediate payment. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
Our Couriers
For our deliveries, we use the GLS courier.
The goods travel at the buyer's risk and peril as provided by current laws and commercial custom for distance selling. In case of any damage, theft, error, or loss, responsibility will therefore not be attributable to us. If problems related to shipments occur (e.g., missing, damaged goods, etc.), we ask you to sign with reservation and to contact us. We will immediately report the issue to the courier.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost depends on the delivery method chosen during purchase, the total weight of your order, and the delivery location. For Italy, the minimum shipping cost starts from €4.84 (VAT excluded - subject to possible variations)
Order tracking
All orders placed on our site are trackable. You will receive the tracking number by email along with the courtesy tax document. Connect to the GLS website and enter the number to see the status of your shipment.
Delivery times
GLS guarantees delivery throughout Italy within 24/48 hours from order fulfillment. Orders are generally fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt (except for bank transfer payments, unavailability of material in stock, and/or inability of the assigned courier).
International shipments will be entrusted to FEDEX, which guarantees delivery throughout Europe (excluding Switzerland) in approximately 72 hours from order fulfillment.
What happens if no one is home when the courier arrives?
The courier makes up to a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. If the courier does not find you even after the third attempt, the package will go into storage. We will contact you to find a suitable solution to complete the delivery.
Is it possible to insure the shipment?
Yes. We also offer the GLS INSURED / GLS PRIORITY INSURED shipping service. In both cases, the goods are guaranteed at value, up to a maximum of €1,500, without deductibles or excesses, in case of any damage, theft, or robbery that the goods may suffer during transport.
